Train with Camp Bow Wow
Camp Bow Wow is the largest dog daycare and boarding franchise in North America and includes its dog training services at each participating Camp to promote safe, humane, and ethical dog training. Camp Bow Wow's Dog-Training Program allows each participating location to provide training for obedience, behavior modification, mental stimulation, and fun for dogs and their owners.

Camp Trainer must have one of the follow program completions or certifications:
Certifications/Certificate Programs
A Camp may hire any trainer who holds a current CCPDT (Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers) certification. A CCPDT certification shows a trainer's commitment to humane, safe training techniques, comprehensive knowledge of training techniques and instruction skills, and requires regular continued education to maintain certification.
A Camp may hire any trainer who holds a currentIAABC (International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants) certification in the Dog Division. IAABC certification shows a trainer's commitment to humane, safe training techniques, comprehensive knowledge of training techniques and instruction skills, and requires regular continued education to maintain certification.
All programs chosen based on their training philosophies and commitment to excellence. Each program provides different levels of training, but all show a trainer's dedication to learning and enhancing his or her own skills.
Programs listed below are internal certifications only and not graded/judged/passed by external groups, though several are backed or recommended by professional dog training organizations. These programs have been deemed acceptable based on the curriculum and creator of the program. A Camp may hire any trainer who can provide proof of successful completion of one of the following programs:

Karen Pryor Academy - Run by Karen Pryor's associates
Victoria Stilwell Academy - Run by Victoria Stilwell and associates
The Academy for Dog Trainers - Run by Jean Donaldson and associates
CATCH Canine Trainers Academy - Run by CPDT professionals
*Other programs may be reviewed and approved at the franchisor's discretion.

Any trainer hired with one of the above certifications or program completions must work with the franchise owner and/or manager to complete the registration and virtual onboarding process prior to offering training services at Camp:
