- The Position supports preconstruction and estimating for projects requiring Healthcare, Education, or Civic experience.
- Provide leadership and oversight of estimating & precon , work with clients in the pursuit of new projects and conceptually prepare rough budgets for repeat clients.
- Help in the development of the estimating and project management staff as it relates to project cost , supplier negotiation , subcontractor relations , design assist and design build , contract
risk management .
