Facilities Coordinator

Here is some of what your day will look like:
Customer Service:
Provide support for guests, visitors, and employees, and coordinate special events
Act collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with
professionalism, and ensure the delivery of committed services
Understand the applicable Service Level Agreements (SLAs), help the team achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and favorable scores on client satisfaction surveys.
Review monthly client service request summaries to pinpoint and correct recurrent operationalproblems, and verify the accuracy of deliveries
for count, pricing, and description
Evaluate vendors and suppliers
Operations:
Assist teams with problems associated with all building services, assist in receiving and dispatching work requests, maintain records, and support operational audits.
Collaborate with facility management and engineering teams to ensure timelines for deliverables are on track, proactively identify and provide solutions to potential issues.
Assist with performing site inspections as required and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of metrics associated with this process.Seek to continuously improve processes, systems, and overall client
satisfaction.
Manage and coordinate vendors, including – tracking work order completion, validating and resolving invoice issues, and communicating unresolved items.
Assist with coordination and scheduling of maintenance
activities.
Finance:
Assist with budgetary requests, financial analysis and reporting, and
purchasing, and support facility-specific cost savings goals.
Act as a liaison to JLL finance team and other account team
members.
Here is who we are looking for:
Required:
A high school diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in facility or property administration
Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8a - 5p
Pay $ /HR non-exempt
