    Job Responsibilities:
    Responsible for the timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close for all entities including consolidation.

    Manage General Ledger functions and reporting tools and systems; assure accuracy, timeliness, and conformity with professional accounting standards and best practices.

    Drive improvements in the period closing process to achieve benchmark levels with a focus on achieving a 5-day closing period.

    Drive communication & standardization in processes, tools, systems, methodology, and language, ensuring adherence to accounting policies and procedures.

    Manage accounting operations related to M&A activities, including development of opening balance sheets, PPA (purchase price allocations), and integration with Ascential Technologies processes (including POC accounting)Ensure discipline, and rigor with a high level of integrity in financial reporting.

    Liaise with external auditors and document the Company's views on technical accounting matters.
    Help Manage the annual financial audit.
    Assist with tax compliance.
    Collaborate with and support the FP&A team with financial statement uploads, financial results, and Board presentation materials.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in Accounting.
    Minimum 5 years' experience.
    An Excel expert highly skilled in creating complex formulas, data analysis, and problem-solving.
    Knowledge of reporting/consolidation tools a plus (e.g. Oracle EPM / Hyperion/Adaptive Insights)Experience with multilocation international organizations and complex consolidationsExceptional communication skills with the ability to influence others outside and across the organizational structure.
    Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.

    Ability and experience working in a self-directed, proactive, results-oriented environment (large multinational company or large firm public accounting experience advantageous.)Ability to work under pressure and balance the need for the team to deliver results in the short term while investing and developing the longer-term vision.
