    Support the Loan Process as a Quality Training Assistant

    The loan assistant position provides critical support to bankers by servicing, maintaining and updating loan documentation and files. This role requires effective interaction with customers, both internal and external.

    • Stay up-to-date on loan documentation, credit policy, and banking regulations to ensure compliance.
    • Prepare required loan documents; review for accuracy; coordinate execution; organize workflow for renewal. Follow-up with clients, insurance agents, title companies or attorneys for missing information as needed.
