    Job Summary

    Completes transactions to fulfill customer foreign exchange (FX) requirements.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities
    • Prices exchange rates to drive profitability and sales.
    • Monitors market trends and currency volatility to provide effective client consulting.
    • Proactively identifies and participates in the selection of vendors and liquidity providers.
    • Buys and sells currencies with liquidity providers in the foreign exchange markets.
    • Trades with counter-party entities utilizing their internet trading systems or by telephone.
    • Buys and sells currencies with customers including foreign currency for outgoing or incoming wires, foreign currency drafts, foreign checks, letters of credit, documentary collections, and customers' foreign currency accounts.
    • Provides customer support by responding to inquiries, providing rates, and assisting with procedural matters.
    • Accurately enters trades in FX system and maintains reports.
    • Contacts and works with technical support to maintain FX systems and ensure they are performing in an optimal manner.
    • Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
    • Performs other related duties as required.

    Minimum Requirements

    Minimum Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    Minimum Experience:
    • Four (4) years of foreign exchange experience including direct customer sales and service experience AND buying and selling in the foreign exchange markets with a high degree of accuracy.
    Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
    • Proficiency using FX systems such as aggregators and trading platforms
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency using Microsoft Office software applications
