Job Summary
The Associate Fiduciary Counsel will support the Chief Fiduciary Counsel by assisting with legal matters impacting the trust company.This position entails identifying and analyzing fiduciary legal issues that arise during the course of AT's services to clients.
The Associate Fiduciary Counsel will also provide legal support to the personal trust line of business and be the primary legal support for all LLCs/LPs, Closely Held Businesses, Life Insurance and Annuities,
and legal support for fiduciary tax matters.
Qualifications
- Law Degree;
- Active law license in at least one state; and
- Ability to use Microsoft Office software including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
