    We are looking for a Contracts Coordinator to join our team in Pomona, CA.

    Responsibilities:
    • Experience in communicating Delays and Claims in the construction industry
    • Drafts and maintains change orders submittals to customer in accordance with contract requirements
    • Coordinates subcontractor change orders, drafts and memorializes proper documentation for submittal to the customer
    • Reports to project supervision team on status daily pertaining to subcontractor change order and viability of change order submission to customer
    • Responsible to collect and review supporting documents pertaining to all change orders; utilize the backup documentation and work with project controls and project management to calculate cost impacts
    • Maintains contracts database and legal files of project contracts customers and agreements with subcontractors and other parties
    • Reviews other legal documents, including but not limited to Service Agreements, Subcontracts to HW, Confidentiality Agreements, equipment leases, rental agreements submitted to HW by customers vendors and other third-parties; (project specific)
    • Supports Project Management and Project Controls teams in project maintenance and execution
    Qualifications:

    Please submit examples of Legal / Business Writing

    • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science required
    • Paralegal Certificate from accredited institution required
    • 2 + years contract negotiation and drafting experience preferred
    • Working knowledge of legal terminology with an appreciation of the importance of maintaining confidentiality at all times of confidential, sensitive information and documentation
    • Strong computer skills and proficiency including all Microsoft products, Word, Windows, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

    Hourly Rate: $ $37.75
