- Supervising a team of Assistant Managers, Swing Managers, and Floor Supervisors to ensure the profitable operation of the restaurant and maintain high levels of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Supporting all managers in reaching their individual goals, monitoring their progress, and providing feedback to enhance their performance
- Adhering to McDonald's Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards as well as the Food Safety regulations
- Conducting regular team meetings to address opportunities and track progress
- Participating in weekly and monthly meetings
- Managing the restaurant's P&L to achieve monthly targets
- Overseeing the People Department manager to handle recruitment needs, continuous training, employee retention, and performance evaluations
- Performing administrative tasks including maintaining employee records, generating reports, and overseeing payroll
- Reviewing operational metrics daily and devising action plans to enhance performance
- Ensuring labor targets are met by approving additional hours, managing overtime, and creating efficient staff schedules
- Making critical decisions related to the restaurant's workforce such as recruitment, termination, and salary adjustments
- Being available to work a minimum of 45 hours per week and being on call during operating hours
