    Key Responsibilities:​


    Focusing on collecting payments from customers who have defaulted on their mortgages;
    promoting our products directly; Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws
    and regulations concerning lending practices especially consumer protection,
    collection procedures Regulation C–Equal Credit Opportunity Act. ,also looking out for any opportunity​to help borrowers regain financial stability such as exploring alternative loan modification plans or workout arrangements offered under HAMP program otherwise known Housing Assistance Modification Program ; Respond promptly respond accurately answer inquiries regarding employment application process via email provide timely updates candidates during hiring phase including scheduling interviews giving feedback etc.
