We are looking for someone who thinks and acts like an Owner. If you are simply looking for a high paying management job to collect a paycheck then this is NOT the position for you. More specifically, we are looking for a leader who thrives in a high performance culture and is driven to get results.

Annual Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000

$65,000 Base Salary + $20,000 in Monthly Bonus Potential

We are a growing company of high end express car washes looking for the right person who is driven and committed to grow their location and share in the financial rewards. Why work at a car wash? We are a growing company in an expanding industry with multiple locations. Just last year we added three new locations with plans to add more We provide excellent service and amazing value through our Unlimited Wash Membership program. Our washing process is quick, efficient and automated. Our team members on site ensure an exceptional experience for our customers on each visit.

The primary responsibility of a General Manager is to manage the people, process, product, and drive sales. Our General Managers focus on clean, dry, and shiny cars, friendly and professional teams, and super clean locations. General Managers are not alone in running their locations. Each manager has a staff that includes other managers and employees that is supported by a network of maintenance, sales, and regional management teams.

4 years of management experience required
General Manager/Store Manager/Operations Manager/Lead Manager/ Sales Manager experience preferred
Sales experience preferred

Ability to work in outside weather conditions year round
