    Job Summary:

    Configures, implements, supports and maintains applications and technical integrations to meet the needs of the organization. Acts as a consultant on moderate to complex application and data integration issues. Serves as a coordinator and customer service representative between business operations, information technology, leadership, system users and vendors.

    Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Troubleshoots and resolves complex application issues and provides end user support.
  • Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations.
  • Assists in performing business process design, reengineering and documentation for new technology.
  • Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
  • May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk and/or complexity.
  • Assists others in solving complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions.
  • Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service with large scale objectives; work is guided by functional policies.
  • Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view.
  • Use awareness of department and system initiatives and drives decision making while maintaining a positive relationship with the customer.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education
  • EXPERIENCE

  • Five years' experience
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
  • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
  • Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
  • Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
  • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
  • Rare climbing.
