    Senior IT Manager

    Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our organization to lead the North American Regional Digital Intelligent Technology Centre. This role will be responsible for implementing the strategic direction, planning, issue resolution and execution of all IT and Digital operations within the USA region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, hands on in the rollout and growth, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing IT and Digital teams in delivery and collaboration.

    The candidate will have dual reporting lines, to the Director of DITC International (based in the UK) and the regional Director of North America.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration and Leadership: Implement the DITC International technology and IT blueprint for North America. Develop and implement the regional commercial teams with the right strategy aligned with the overall organizational goals. Provide clarity and leadership to the local commercial team and DITC international department, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Collaborate with DITC International teams on rolling out all hardware, software, process and technologies for the North American region.
  • Team Management: Initially setting up and to leading and mentoring a team of professionals, ensuring collaboration, skill development, and high performance across our international teams The initial phase will require the candidate to roll up their sleeves and take a hands on approch. Collaborate with other DITC International teams to ensure seamless integration of end-user systems with the overall IT infrastructure. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure in the region, including Car IT services like connectivity and mobile App. Ensure compliance and contribution with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Monitor and analyse system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to understand their system IT, Car IT needs and align technology solutions accordingly. Install, configure, and maintain end-user systems, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices and connect car systems Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure IT initiatives support business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget for the region, optimizing resources and investments. Provide regular financial reports and analysis back to the DITC Internal team.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior IT role, preferably in a regional or multi-location capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Preferred Skills:

  • Project management expertise with a track record of successful IT project delivery.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices, compliance, and security standards.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
