Improving existing and designing new products, this Mechanical Engineer will be designing and working with Manufacturing to enhance and develop new products used in hydro-expansion, hydro-testing, and end forming of tubes using SolidWorks.
Our products are used The Engineer will interface with Inside Sales, Manufacturing area, vendors, Management, and customers developing solutions to sales applications.
Evaluates mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by designing and applying principles of mechanics, hydraulics, and materials.Assures system and product quality and reliability by designing testing methods; Working with Production, the candidate may suggest manufacturing processes such as using cutting saws or wire EDM process, coating of materials, and contribute to the "make/buy" decision making process.
Completes projects by training and guiding technicians. Bachelor's Degree although experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
