    • Target new business to generate increased sales volume at established profit margins.
    • Meet or exceed sales & profitability goals.
    • Travel % domestic and internationally
    • Support existing customers.
    • Present companys products via thorough knowledge of products and industry application. Customers and market perceives the organization as professional and technical-service oriented.
    • Penetration of the customer organization is focused to enhance sales opportunities at the highest level possible and build integral relationships.
    • Special projects are completed as assigned by the Global Sales Director or Director of Engineering.
    • Manage participation in trade shows & sales meetings as necessary.
    • Implement an organized and structured methodology for weekly work schedule to call on and address prospects, identified potential opportunities and installed base customers
    • Work in tandem with our technical team to present solutions and benefits for that specific prospect and their industry
    • Detailed and accurate forecasting of territory opportunitiesMUST
    • HAVES
    • Mechanical Engineering or Food Sciences Degree 5+ years of technical related direct capital equipment sales experience in processing
    • Ability to articulate technical information in a simplistic and concise manner
    • Strong closing skills
    • Technical competence
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Knowledge of Engineering and Manufacturing processes
    • Dedicated work ethic and willing to work the hours commensurate with the sales positionNICE TO-HAVES
    • Track record of attaining sales goals
    • Formal sales training
    • Thermal processing or industrial drying experience
    • Food, chemical or textile processing industries sales experience
