**What Youll Do**
As the Receptionist, you will be supporting the team by providing clerical assistance to various office functions and positions as requested. You will be responsible for arranging contact with appropriate personnel. Other duties will include:
Greet guests/visitors and provide assistance.
Answer all incoming phone lines and provide directory assistance.
Assist in company mailroom operations. Including receiving, logging, sorting, distribution, and metering for all USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.
Maintain supplies and tidiness of company kitchens/breakrooms on both floors.
Issue visitor badges, and guest wireless details.
Arrange catering, taxi service, and floral arrangements.
Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and dispersal of office supplies.
Generate service request tickets for all building maintenance needs.
Schedule visitor office space, and company car assignments.
Provide administrative support and project assistance for varying departments within the company.
Support Front Office/Facilities Administrator, in both shared accountabilities and time off.
Flexible schedule - Applicant must be willing and able to cover the front desk as needed for times of vacation/illnesses.
**What Were Looking For**
High School diploma or GED or equivalent professional working experience.
Prefer at least 2 years experience in a professional office environment with experience on the multi-line phone system.
Cisco phones system or similar, computer literacy in Microsoft Office products including 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint with ability to learn SAP/Epicor,
Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player.
