*Serve as an important and valued member of assigned patient treatment team:Organized time-management prioritization skills with ability to manage a high volume of competing time-sensitive tasks while maintaining accuracy attention to detail.*Assist with onboarding new team members by orienting precepting newly onboarding CA/RA team members.
*Cross trained within each role to provide appropriate back-up coverage as needed for seamless coverage.
*Customer service mindset with focus on patient- family-centered care.
- Attend daily multidisciplinary rounds MDRs
- Maintain confidentiality comply HIPPA institutional polices.
