    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate patients' physical, functional, cultural, social, economic, developmental, spiritual,vocational,and leisure dimensions of human responses
    • Develop assessment and management strategies based on these considerations
    • Care for adult patients who are critically ill or have multiple system disorders

    In addition to these core responsibilities,you may perform point-of-care testing according to established policies and procedures.It is essential that you maintain alertness at all times during your shift,to guarantee safe working practices as per company guidelines. You might need
    to lift/carry/push/pull objects weighing 0-25 lbs occasionally,frequent lifting/moving of patients also necessary,in rare cases,lifting / moving of heavy loads,such as wheelchairs/ mattresses,gas cylinders/equipment over head height etc.to participate effectively in this role.Periodic use required standing/walking;able communicate orally,distinguish body sounds,ehear alarms,machinery malfunctioning.Bending/stooping/kneeling/squatting/twisting/gripping/repetitive movement possible.Leadership skills helpful,having ability coordinate,&collaborate w/team members,culturally sensitive decisions&patient advocacy key aspects
