Job summary
The Site Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day Supply Chain Logistics operations, planning and operational improvement in line with department budget and Essentia Health's strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily supply chain operations for assigned site(s), responsible for monitoring daily workflows and ensuring team is meeting key department metrics and objectives
- Provide direct supervision to staff, including hiring, coaching, training, performance management, and discipline. The site supervisor will manage staff assignments,
scheduling,
and timecards
- Support problem-solving and escalations,
assisting staff
and department leaders with complex operational issues
- Achieve efficient logistics of supplies within the facility.
- evelop effective strategies for inventory control
