What will I be doing? Providing therapy to at-risk youths in our Foster Homes throughout Sunrise, FL as well as servicing other areas of the broader coverage area of Broward County, FL. Candidate will be required to conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, oversee case management, and provide individual and family therapy.Community-based in-home therapy to children, adolescents, and their families.
Am I a good fit? Successful candidates will have a passion for serving vulnerable individuals and familiesComfortable conducting sessions in the community to include but not limited to consumers' home, school, office, and virtual.
Able to work out in the community in multiple locationsAble to carry a minimum caseload of 15-25Qualifications:Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, and/or Psychology from an accredited UniversityRegistered Intern (RCSWI, RMHCI) with the state of FloridaAt least 1 year of full-time documented mental health experience or volunteer work post-human services degreeFoster Care Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Spanish Speaking (Preferred)Florida Clinical License (Preferred)Access to reliable transportation adhering to all Florida Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver's license)Additional Benefits:
