    We are looking for a competitive, self-motivated, overachiever with an interest in sales to join our team

    Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other lead generation activities.
    • Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
    • Research and understand the needs of potential clients to effectively communicate how our products or services can meet those needs.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads to achieve and exceed monthly quotas.
    • Collaborate with sales team members to optimize lead conversion and ensure seamless handoffs.
    • Utilize CRM software to track activities, update lead information, and report on progress.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
    • Continuously improve sales and product knowledge through training sessions and self-study.

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record of success in a sales or customer service role.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
    • A highly self-driven sense of motivation.
    • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Technical aptitude to master our CRM system.
    • Prior experience in a B2B sales environment is preferred but not required.
