Job Summary: Rosman is a rapidly growing, client-focused, specialized physician recruiting firm. We provide both permanent/retained search and locum tenens solutions. Our team is looking for Senior (experienced) Full Desk Locum Tenens Consultants. A collaborative, partnership approach is key, as you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with other specialized, expert recruiters and account managers. This team player must have demonstrated experience driving new business and a commitment to quality and customer service. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and superior communication skills are vital. Experience in healthcare and/or recruiting and staffing would be a plus. Some travel is required.
