Description

Testing JD3-5+ Years of working experience in testing.
Should be familiar with testing frameworks.
Ability to understand the project and should be able to write test cases.
Experience in manual execution of test cases and recording resultsGood understanding of Quality Center toolShould have excellent communication skills.

Ability to communicate things effectively with leaders and other developersShould be self starter2+ years of working in an Agile/Scrum methodology2+ years of using Jira for defect trackingVery strong communication and collaboration skillsStrong experience leading the automation of regression test suitesEnsure Test Case reviews with stakeholders are being held as appropriate.

Conduct Defect Triage meetings as appropriate.
Ensure completion of all deliverables within schedule budget and quality constraints.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis and identify and implement process improvements.
Assess quality & test process maturity level assist in defining strategy to implement best practices.
Ensure that projects follow prescribed software development life cycle standards.
Understand and utilize risk-based testing techniquesEffectively communicate to management and business partnersEffectively determine when test cases are good candidates to be automated
