    Description

    Hope House, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Direct Care Staff member to join our team. As a Direct Care Staff member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

    Responsibilities and Expectations:

    • Safety and Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of our clients at all times.
    • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of each client.
    • Client Advocacy: Advocate for the rights and interests of our clients.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and services provided.
    • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • One year of experience working with vulnerable populations preferred.
    • Ability to pass a physical exam and background check.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
