    Job Description Summary

    Maintaining patient records and communicating with physicians are key responsibilities of this role.

    This In-basket clinical coordinator will report to the In-basket Lead and handle requests from physicians and patients for primary care. Items include patient advise requests, result notes, refill encounters, prior authorizations, refill errors, and other tasks requiring licensure.

    • Maintains and reviews patient records charts etc
    • Responds to phone calls communicates plan of care
