    Job DescriptionA senior living facility in Prairie Village, KS is currently seeking a full-time, permanent ADON to join their teamCheck out the details below:

    Title: Assistant Director of Nursing

    Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

    Setting: Post-acute - Rehab

    Location: Prairie Village, KS

    Schedule: Full-time Mon-Fri day shift with as-need weekend coverage

    Pay: Competitive based on experience, plus full benefits package

    The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is responsible for the following duties:

    • Support and carry out the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with orders of the physicians and total needs of the residents.
    • Partner with the Director of Nursing for the 24 hour supervision of Nursing Services and directs the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with current Federal, State and The Company standards, guidelines, and regulations.
    • Assume the responsibility for clinical operations in the absence of the DON.
    • Conduct the nursing process – assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation – under the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure.
    REQUIREMENTS:


    • Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing from accredited nursing school
    • Must be RN licensed in KS
    • Minimum 2 years of nursing supervisor experience required
    -5+ years in long-term or acute healthcare preferred
