Your leadership keeps our operations running smoothly and advances our mission to inspire and empower the lives we touch.

    What You'll Do:

    • Build a culture of engagement, accountability, and trust by staying connected to field teams and addressing performance or retention gaps quickly.
    • Ensure clinics are fully staffed by overseeing regional workforce planning, partnering with HR on hiring and retention, and preparing proactively for vacancies and growth.
    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Access teams to drive volume growth, improve conversion and support operational readiness for same‑store and new clinic growth.
    • Develop and execute regional growth strategies while supporting community and referral‑partner engagement to expand and protect market share.
    • Ensure delivery of high‑quality, compliant clinical care aligned with the company's care model and risk‑management standards.
    • Travel frequently within Michigan and to department or functional meetings.
    • Other projects and duties as assigned.

    Who You Are:

    • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy or occupational therapy program or hold a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of healthcare or service‑industry operations leadership, with proven success managing multi‑site environments.
    • Proven ability to drive consistent operational performance using established processes, metrics, and standards.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and financial data, identify gaps, and implement targeted solutions.
    • Solid understanding of clinic‑level financial drivers and key operating levers.
    • Demonstrated experience coaching and developing leaders to elevate performance across multiple locations.
    • Excellent prioritization and time‑management skills; effective at navigating competing operational demands.
    • Strong collaborator with a track record of working cross‑functionally to meet organizational goals.

    Nice to Haves:

    • 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in multi‑site healthcare or service operations.
    • Prior responsibility for P&L or equivalent financial accountability.
    • Strong data, performance dashboards and operational metrics acumen.

    Why You'll Love Working Here

    • The chance to directly shape our organization's growth by hiring the talent that drives our mission.
    • Opportunities to stretch your skills—whether you're building pipelines, designing sourcing strategies, or advising leadership.
    • A collaborative team environment where your ideas are valued.
    • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing professional development.
