Job summary
Performs minor to intermediate inspections repairs and replacements following company guidelines on all Walmart equipment for example trailers tractors yard trucks shop equipment service vehicles by creating and processing work orders performing minor diagnostics with technical and electronic equipment on the various Walmart equipment for example tractor engine components electronics drive trains minor HVAC assessing maintenance repair and replacement needs identifying needed parts and possible solutions consulting with others and selecting the best possible solution conducting repairs and replacements for example repair drivetrain components repairing
and replacing communication equipment
and onboard technology tractor
and minor trailer diagnstics of HVAC systems following company
and Department of Transportation DOT guidelines
and requirements communicating with individuals or groups for example customers suppliers associates verbally
Responsibilities
- Correctly identifies
& performs warrantable repairs by entering accurate information on the condition cause< br] ad correction into the maintenance system completing warranty tags as needed ensuring parts are retained according to warranty guidelines creating
