We are seeking a dynamic Community Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with the community, fostering relationships, and promoting our organization's mission and initiatives.
Meets specific admission and referral goals each month by strategically promoting the program to and calling on referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, community and religious organizations.
Works with Director to jointly develop preferred account relationships.
Identifies, develops and maintains other key referral sources in the medical and broader community to their fullest potential.
Works to increase direct consumer awareness of hospice, home health, and private duty through educational opportunities and community events.
Maintains account information and status, and reports progress using sales tracking tools.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications preferred, or a combination of education and experience. * health care facility or medical related sales experience highly desirable.
