    May Include:
    Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
    Identify and secure opportunities with existing and new builder customers.

    Provide knowledge and consultation in the form of developing HVAC system solutions for the customer's problems, including financial and performance-based considerations.

    Active in National Builder Organizations and Tradeshows in order to develop and maintain industry/trade relationships.
    Consistently ascertain customer's needs and current market opportunities.
    Work with regional Daikin teams as needed for customers and projects.
    Develop multiple relationships with purchasing influencers in the customer's organization, including construction managers, vice presidents, and procurement leaders.

    Knowledge and skills:
    Ability to communicate effectively ideas, concepts, business plans and strategies
    Proficient creating and presenting builder presentations using PowerPoint both verbal and printed.
    Demonstrates the ability to execute the consultative selling approach in a B2B environment
    Ability to comprehend detailed knowledge of Daikin Residential products and services, customers, decision makers, sales processes and market trends
    Develops quality interpersonal relationships and demonstrates flexibility and an open mind in social styles
    Embraces the "customer and team first" concept and uses a collaborative style in problem solving
    Frames professional activities through an organized and detailed time management system
    Demonstrates discernment and sound judgment
    Ability to effectively negotiate agreements with customers and other related parties
    Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    Ability to read and comprehend residential architect and engineer plans
    Product knowledge and HVAC industry knowledge a strong asset.

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
    Education and/or experience in RNC a plus

    Experience:
    5+ years sales experience preferably in the HVAC industry.
    Residential New Construction experience is preferred

    Pay Grade:
    $100,000 - $125,000
