- Level One Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, and Chest Pain Center Accredited
- Must be EM Residency trained; EMS Fellowship preferred or similar EMS field experience.
- ABEM or AOBEM board eligible or certified.
- Active IL and WI Medical licenses required.
- Ten 24-hour EMS Field Response Call Shifts per month must live locally within response area
- Take home emergency response vehicle with field emergency response requirement
- Five 10 hour ED shifts per month.
- Associate Medical Director duties include; Protocol development, run reviews, quality assurance, accredited primary education, and Operations. >40 EMS agencies with tactical, helicopter, critical care, and special operation opportunities
