The Director of Operations will have overall responsibility for the quality, adequacy of services provided, and supervision of staff.The Director of Operations establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for home health services that meet and promote the standards of quality.

Operations Responsibilities:
Oversees & manages office and clinical operationsClient managementAfter hours clinical phone managementInquiry calls & client conversionRun case management meetings to include preparing the agenda and reportingOversee schedulingTriaging new clients for the Case ManagersFollow-up on client complaintsAttend case conferencesTeach orientation to new employeesEstablish and maintain clinical policies & proceduresReview care notesHold 7-day touchpoints with clientsArrange and execute 1 on 1's with direct reportsPrepare and teach in-servicesContribute to the monthly newslettersOversee Quality Joint Commission Survey readinessRN Director of
Operations Requirements:
Current unrestricted RN license in the state of UtahMust be knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to Home Care Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse teamOperations management experience in a healthcare setting requiredCertified CPR & negative TB skin test or chest x-ray - may obtain after hireEmpathy for the needs of the clientTreats clients, staff, and the public with courtesy, respectPresents a positive public image.
