This position reports to the Director of Assessment and Curriculum Effectiveness of College of Osteopathic Medicine at Touro University Nevada.
The individual works collaboratively with other COM faculty to develop strategies to optimize students' learning performance.
The student success is directed towards any student experiencing academic challenges, including those who demonstrate difficulty performing well on exams,
Clinical Skills Exams (COMLEX)- Create classroom-based presentations on academic performance success in COMLEX preparation for Level 1.
- Liaison with Student Affairs for Disability Services and Student Counseling.
- Maintain an online academic success newsletter with teaching advice based on sound pedagogy in medical education.
