- Work as a Validation Specialist at our Palo Alto, California headquarters with the goal of ensuring the release of high-quality products for clinical users, guaranteeing safe and effective treatment for patients.
- We seek individuals with clinical backgrounds and strong analytical skills to assist in enhancing the quality of our development work.
- Ensure thorough validation of products to meet safety and effectiveness requirements.
- Collaborate with various teams to define new product requirements.
- Provide feedback for continuous improvement of radiation and oncology products.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of Varian products.
- Assure design validation of new products and create validation plans.
- Analyze and write test designs, procedures, and establish traceability to requirements.
- Current clinical certification/registration as a Radiation Therapist with 5 years of clinical experience.
- Knowledge of simulation, imaging, and treatment delivery clinical workflows in radiation therapy centers.
- Proficiency in various treatment delivery techniques and radiation safety practices.
- Clinical experience as a Medical Dosimetrist.
- Proficiency in using Varian products such as ARIA Radiation Therapy Management software and linear accelerators.
- Experience with motion management technologies.
- Basic knowledge of ARIA Oncology Information System and Eclipse Treatment Planning System.
