Wonderful opportunity for a Director of Nursing in home health to join this exceptional healthcare organization. Home health agency specializes in at home patient care for both peds and adults. Organization has an excellent reputation, tenured staff and promotes life/work/ balance. DON has 3 direct reports with a total of 170 FTE's. Director of Nursing reports to a Nursing Administrator and is accountable for day-to-day operations, collaborates with leadership on projects and implementation of new policy procedures. Ideal candidate is approachable, understands delegating responsibilities and holding staff accountable. Requires 5 years' experience in home health with 2 years of management experience overseeing staff within home health agency setting. RN associate degree, bachelor's degree preferred. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations in home health. RN licensed in the state of Indiana upon start date.
