    Due to our rapidly growing business, we have created a new position and are searching for a Senior Director of Financial Communications to join the team at Sportradar in New York.

    The Senior Director of FinancialCommunications will play a critical role at Sportradar and will be responsible for managing and coordinatingfinancialmessaging to both internal and external stakeholders.

    This role will work with both the Head of Communications and Investor Relations, creating the companys corporate andfinancialstory, and also working with both executives to create strategies for communicating to investors, analysts,financialmedia.

    This role will play a critical role in supporting Investor Day.


    THE CHALLENGE :

    Corporate/financialMessaging Strategy Development:
    develop a comprehensivefinancialmessaging strategy aligned with the company's strategy (needs to understand Sportradarsfinancialperformance, market dynamics, and investor expectations, media coverage, etc)

    Investor Relations Support:
    Collaborating with the Head of Investor Relations, theSenior Director of Financial Communications will craft messaging for investor presentations, earnings calls, and other investor-facing materials

    Media Relations:
    In coordination with the Head of Communications, this role will manage media relations related tofinancialnews and announcements. This includes drafting press releases, responding to media inquiries, and organizing press conferences or briefings for majorfinancialevents.


    YOUR PROFILE :


    Bachelors degree in communications, journalism or related field is required10 or more years of experience in financial communications, corporate communications, investor relations or related fieldsExperience with a multinational publicly traded company is requiredMix of working in house and agency is strongly preferredKnowledge of B2B technology required; Sports business experience preferredStrong understanding of financial concepts, terminology and principles is required.

    Familiarity with financial reporting requirements, SEC regulations and market trends is highly valuedAbility to work in a global, matrixed environmentAbility to synthesize complex information into clear, concise messagingStrong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essentialImpeccable writing and media handling skills and experience, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in all communications

    Pay Range:
    $200K- $250KSportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location. Base pay is just one component of the Total Rewards that Sportradar provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
