As a Registered Nurse, heres a big-picture view of what youll do:
Provide home-based visits to clients to review plan of careand update as needed
Educate clientson their plan of care
Coach family members on the clients plan of care and home safety
Communicate client changes and provide an updated plan of care to the office team

A few must-haves for Home Health Registered Nurses:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in CA
Minimum of 1years of nursing experience, ideally in home healthcare
CPR certification, Criminal Background Check, Drug Screen, TB
Knowledge of state and federal regulations for PCSS
Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills and compassion
