    The role youll contribute:

    The Manager of System HR and Operations is to serve as a collaborator with Center of Expertise (CoE), HR Shared Services (HRSS), Business HR and other key stakeholders to help fully enable and strengthen the HR operating model. Serves as a champion for the model and responsible for building and maintaining strong lines of communication between stakeholders. Develop processes for further deploying and strengthening HR initiatives and operating model, activities and competencies include project management, governance structures, strategic communication, building professional networks, change management, organizational design, coaching and client management, organizational development, basic HR analytics, and performance management. These activities include learning business operations and structures, maintaining data organization, providing analysis, identifying and resolving issues and risks.

    • Design and manage full-cycle project management for HR focusing on complex, cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure objectives/deliverables are met on-time and within budget
    • Develop and manage master project plan to ensure all key HR milestones and project activities are captured and aligned with other organizational initiatives; tracking progress and escalating issues and risks; partnering with AH Strategy Management Office in providing updates and driving deadlines as directed
    • Manage processes to streamline operations; clarify, research, communicate, and document the requirements of requests/issues; track and manage questions, concerns, and requests to ensure timely and agreed issue resolution in management of positive stakeholder experiences; escalate issues and risks to ensure appropriate resolution strategies are employed; assist in identifying and analyzing risk mitigation tactics
    • Collaborate with CoE, HRSS, and Business HR to determine project roles and initiative requirements to ensure tasks are executed within designated timelines and expectations of quality; creating and managing detailed project plans and high level executive summary presentations and documents that are visually appealing and show dependencies, clear goals, as well as resource requirements
    • Lead change management process as directed; measure adoption and effectiveness of initiatives and use feedback to improve future effort; feedback mechanisms to include stakeholder interviews, surveys, data analysis, readiness assessments, lessons learned sessions etc.
    • Manage project scope and timeline applying standards and reporting mechanisms; actively follows-up on project action items, issues & risks ensuring all stakeholders are always kept informed
    • Develop critical path and resource planning analysis for HR initiative implementations focusing on Team Member Promise and Dynamic Learning Aspirations as a part of Vision 2030; oversee annual timeline planning for HR and strategic plan, metrics and quarterly report.
    • Define, manage and monitor project-wide reporting and tracking for leader and executive review, leveraging the ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with both technical and non-technical parties.
    • Create and manage committee and group charters to ensure appropriate governance structures and cadenced touchpoints; identify agenda items to drive progress; partnering with Administrative Assistants for scheduling and logistics.
    • Serve as an operating model advocate, helping ensure all HR function perspectives are incorporated into new processes, policies, and transactions.
    • Cultivate trusted partnerships with HR leaders to promote collaboration, solve problems and ensure effectiveness and process efficiency.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the unique goals, key roles, standard practices, and data trends across HR to drive productivity.
    • Event and meeting management support for key meetings such as HR webinar, leadership sessions, town halls, HR Summit, HRBP Orientations, and more
    • Manage multiple high-level projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines; carrying a significant workload and guiding the work of others who may be assisting
    • Carry out tasks as assigned by Director; Shows flexibility and tolerance for ambiguity and varying priorities
    • Recommend actions and exercises discretion regarding key business processes; Shows initiative and acts independently to resolve problems, manage multiple priorities, and follow through on projects/tasks to completion

    Qualifications

    The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed :

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

    • 4 years of related experience in one or more of the areas of human resources, project management, organizational development, training, or organizational change management
    • Bachelors degree in related field of study
    • Exposure to project management
    • Relationship/Stakeholder management experience

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

    • Masters degree in related field of study
    • Experience working in healthcare industry, preferably in a hospital setting

    LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:

    • PMP, Prosci, PHR, SHRM-CP, sHRBP or equivalent
    • Lean/Six Sigma Certification
    • Certification related to change management, or human resources
