Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at commercial real estate locations by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor and control access to the premises, verifying credentials and authorizations as required for entry and exit.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with company and site requirements.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, working collaboratively with on-site personnel and first responders when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid driver's license in the job state and meeting Allied Universal driver policy requirements is required for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
