    Description

    Lean Engineer (Continuous Improvement)

    About Us:

    Our client is a global leader in outdoor products and a top manufacturer of recreational equipment, surfacing solutions, floating docks, and more. Their lean manufacturing facilities span the U.S., Mexico, and Europe.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement lean methodologies to improve on-time delivery, lead times, and efficiencies
    • Lead root cause analysis, strategic planning, and value stream mapping
    • Promote Lean System principles: takt, flow, pull, and level production
    • Train staff in Lean concepts: Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S, and more
    • Inspire management thinking and challenge current practices

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
    • 2+ years of operations/engineering experience
    • Lean Certification or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
    • Proficiency with Lean tools: Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, 5S, and more
    • Strong sense of urgency, high autonomy, and results-oriented
