*Schedule:

• Full-time, 4 days per week

*DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (required)

• Certificate of completion of a residency from an accredited post-graduate Pediatric Dental Residency Program (preferred)
• Current ID State Dental License or eligibility to obtain (required)
