The firm's founder, a well-known trial attorney, averages three trials per year, ensuring every associate experiences the intensity and rhythm of real litigation.
What You'll Do:
This full-time, onsite role offers meaningful responsibility from the outset:
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Argue motions in court
- Guide clients through emotionally charged employment disputes
- Participate in courtroom preparation and proceedings
You'll work closely with seasoned litigators and be mentored by some of California's most respected trial attorneys. The firm fosters a culture of rigorous internal training, strategic collaboration, and hands-on courtroom development.

Perks & Compensation:
- Base Salary: $120,000–$200,000+
- Performance Bonus: 4–5% of the award or settlement based on contribution

What You Bring:
- California bar license
- Experience in employment litigation, especially FEHA matters
- Strong writing and courtroom communication skills
- Deposition and motion experience preferred
