Job Description: -

• Demonstrable language expertise
• Mastery of UX writing forms (web, app, blogs, emails, etc.)
• Knowledge of digital and accessibility best practices
• Yet this role also requires a pronounced strategic skillset, more aligned with senior-level expertise:
• Interpretative ability to generate solutions that meet business goals
• Understanding of comprehensive digital experience flows and user journeys
• Collaborative approach on UX design wireframes when relevant to success of content
• This role frequently works in a "creative pod" environment alongside UX and UI designers to collaborate in real time on the best possible solution. The primary software shared among all the creatives is Figma.
• The role will also provide content that spans various parts of a much larger digital ecosystem; so knowledge of how the parts fit into the whole is a must.
• CenterWell Pharmacy fits under the *** Inc. umbrella and is subject to extensive healthcare legal and compliance review. While this will not be the role's primary function—awareness of brand guidelines, and experience navigating corporate bureaucracy, is an absolute must.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in writing-focused field (communications, journalism, etc.)
• 3–5+ years of professional UX writing experience, preferably as part of a large organization
• Empathetic writing approach, ability to translate complex source material into plain language

Preferred qualifications:

• Editorial experience
• Content strategy experience
• ChatGPT (or AI content generation) experience
• Figma familiarity
