The Red Gate Group is seeking an experienced Electrical/Electronic Engineer to support DARPA's Adaptive Capabilities Office (ACO). ACO collaborates with military services to address critical national security challenges through innovative architectural solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test electrical and electronic systems and equipment for ACO initiatives.
Lead research to address complex national security challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into warfighting constructs.
Validate architectural solutions through modeling, simulation, and experimentation.
Provide technical leadership and innovation in support of DoD programs.

Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI
Seven years of professional experience with design, development, testing, and supervision of electrical and electronic equipment.
At least seven years of experience supporting research and development (R&D) DoD programs.
Demonstrated skill in conceiving, planning, and conducting research in problem areas of considerable scope and complexity.
Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently on R&D engineering problems and methods.
Demonstrated experience in the use of advanced techniques, theories, precepts, and practices.
At least three years of experience working in DARPA or similar organization is highly desirable.
