As our Marketing and Communications Manager, you'll be the driving force behind amplifying our brands, making them known to those who will benefit most.

You'll Be Responsible For

Defining and continuously refining branding and messaging strategies to effectively reach target audiences.
Crafting compelling copy for marketing materials and across digital platforms.
Driving overall revenue growth.
Leading data-led acquisition strategies to grow our event reach, including uncovering creative, non-traditional, and new methods of acquiring users.
Managing and aligning external vendor relationships, including graphic design, photography, videography, website design, and digital marketing.
Collaborating with team members to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Engaging and growing our audience effectively to attract attendees to each event.
Owning each brand's social media channels, focusing mainly on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Getting hands-on with our platforms, including Hubspot and Google Analytics; this is not a hands-off management role.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in marketing strategy, brand, and communications.
Strong background in copywriting and content creation–You know how to take great content and put it to work
Experience managing website and graphic design projects.
Proficient in social media marketing and email marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Hubspot.
