Job Description
Seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support new and existing customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Specialize in inbound sales of commercial auto insurance policies and provide excellent customer service
Use analytical skills to review information from an applicant to evaluate the degree of risk involved in a business or operation
Utilize strong communication and customer service skills by asking questions, making decisions over the phone and via e-mail with potential customers
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to communicate persuasively
Demonstrated ability to achieve quantitative goals
Knowledge of basic math
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to solve problems and make decisions
Property & casualty insurance license a plus
Prior sales experience a plus
