    Reports to Director of Food and Nutrition Services.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMust be able to communicate and function in an interdisciplinary teamMust possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actionMust possess willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnelMust be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English languageMust practice dependable, regular attendanceMust be able to concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgmentMust be knowledgeable of dietary services practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing dietary services functions in the long-term care facilityMust have the ability to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the Food and Nutrition Services departmentMust be able to assist in daily cleaning duties.

    (i.e., sweeping, dishwashing, mopping)Must be able to serve meals and snacks in a timely mannerMust be able to properly set up meal trays, food carts, dining room, etcMust be able to deliver food carts and trays and remove them when meal is finishedMust understand and follow company policies, including harassment and complaint proceduresMust be able to assist in the evacuation of residentsSKILLS and ABILITIESEducation :
    High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
