Responsibilities
+Complete FCMA roadmap as intended and all onboarding activities from day one to program completion including the successful completion of Consultative Selling Skills Certification Become proficient at deepening Consumer and Small Business customer relationships by providing memorable customer experience Gain knowledge demonstrate and maintain working knowledge of Fifths Thirlds products services processes internal resources to stay informed guide lead the team Become skilled consultative sales process proactively identify financial needs current prospective customers recommend appropriate solutions meet those needs Understand how develop integrated book business strategy where all customers through channels have Financial Needs Assessment FNA assigned best banker proactive ongoing support Learn source discover coach lead team reinforce Core Values business strategies Learn cultivate One Bank culture proactively collaborates with business partners Participate activities benefit communities we serve Follow Bancorp Code Business Conduct Ethics related policies procedures modeling ethical behavior expected every employee Additional duties assigned +Supervisory Responsibilities
