    As a Priority Service Representative, you will provide courteous, professional, accurate customer service, build strong relationships, and maintain personal accountability in relation to the team's goals. You will collaborate with managers and team members for sales strategy and participate in community events.

    We offer comprehensive training to help you succeed through complete customer interactions. Our team of driven professionals works towards ultimate customer satisfaction.

    You will be equipped to speak to WTB's products and services, process transactions accurately, and exceed customer expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide courteous service to customers, co-workers, and other bank employees
    • Maintain broad knowledge of Operations department functions and specific knowledge of Deposit Support and Research functions
    • Process transactions, stop payments, deposit verification, and other assigned duties accurately and in a timely manner
