As one of the largest flooring distributors in the US, servicing all of New York, New Jersey and New England, we offer seven solution center locations throughout our territory with local inventory availability and job site delivery capability.
We are currently seeking a Data Administrator to assist in our IT department.The Data Administrator will be integral to the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Belknap White and JJ Haines data entry processes.
Duties to include:
Master the current data governance and data entry practices for both The Belknap White Group and JJ Haines to become an expert in the systems
Enter and maintain customer files, pricing information, and vender information.
Import and export large data sets, taking on a key data governance role within the company as the main gatekeeper.
Work with product managers, marketing teams, and other IT personnel to gather information and get direction on item setup and product import/export functions.
Position Requirements
An Associates Degree with a business-related curriculum is preferred.
Advanced user of Excel and/or Google Sheets is preferred.
Prior experience with AS400/IBM I Series platforms, EDI, Plytix is preferred.
Knowledge of the flooring business is preferred.
